We will occasionally send you an e mail with details of very special offers. Searching For Products Everybody likes a bargain, but we know that you will be as selective in choosing discounted lines as you are with regular lines. So we have made your search options as extensive as possible. You can search for product by supplier, theme, product type, colour or price. By clicking on the product search box on the home page, you will access the product search page, where you will see 5 boxes. Using these boxes you can define your search, i.e. you want bathroom items, in blue, under £10, or you can leave it broad.
The database provides you with a selection of products depending on your criteria. By clicking on the product image, you may research this product further, and if you decide to purchase, can add it to your shopping basket. If you wish to see what a particular supplier is offering, click on the Supplier Profile box, this will list all suppliers. By clicking on one supplier the database will show all products that this supplier has available. Making a Purchase Once you have selected the products you wish to purchase, you will be asked for your details. If you have not already registered, you will enter a registration page where you will be given a password. This password will save you the need to fill in your details again in subsequent visits. Purchasing on line can be made by MasterCard, Visa credit card transaction on a secure line, or by a U.K. cheque. If you decide to pay by cheque, you will need to send payment to each supplier that you purchase from. If you pay by credit card you will only need to input your card details once. You may possibly have made a purchase from several suppliers, however you will only have to enter your details once. The system will determine how much you have spent with each supplier, and confirm your order back to you by e mail. This e mail will advise you of the value of the goods coming from each supplier. Delivery All products will be despatched to you direct from the supplier. Despatch will be seven days from receipt of your order. All queries regarding delivery should be directed to the supplier despatching the goods. Contact details for the supplier can be found on your confirming e mail. If you have paid by cheque, your goods will not be despatched until the relevant supplier has received payment.
