From your Supplier Administration Centre you can update products, set prices, view orders and maintain your account information. Access to your account is restricted to yourself, and if requested, your account manager who can make changes on your behalf - however managing your account is extremely straight forward. How To Upload Quality Images Getting good quality photographs of your products is very important, you should follow the guidelines below to get the best from your images. If you do not have digital images of your stock you can use a Digital Camera, or just as effective, a Disposable Camera from Boots. Scan or transfer your photographs into a standard image package, this is usually supplied with your scanner. Resize (Resample) your photograph to 200pixels wide by 300pixels high. Save your photo as a jpg at a low to medium quality to your harddrive. It is important your image file size does not exceed 30kb,so as your images will appear quickly. The level of compression needed to do this will depend on the imaging software that you use When adding a new stock item, click on the Browse button and locate the JPG file/photograph you have created, then double-click to select. When you submit the completed Add Product Form the photograph will be automatically uploaded. Receiving Orders Your product will be on show 24 hours a day and orders will come through at any time. On receipt of an order you will receive an email giving all the order details. Commission is charged on orders placed on the site, this is invoiced to you monthly. Delivery Giftclearance.com is acting solely as an agent. Each supplier will be responsible for taking up credit card payments and despatching goods direct to the buyer. To encourage retailers to buy through the site, we would request that you despatch the goods within 4 working days of receipt of order unless the retailer is paying by cheque. In this instance we advise you to despatch their goods once you have received payment. Queries received by giftclearance.com from buyers regarding specific deliveries will be passed on to the relevant supplier. We are here to help you! However if a mistake has been made please contact the supplier direct, within 7 days of the orders arrival. This is the site to source quality end of line goods from major UK suppliers. Ordering is on line, with payment made by Mastercard or Visa. The prices quoted include delivery within the UK only. For export customers all suppliers can deliver into a UK freight forwarder at no extra charge. To order from us you will need to supply details of your forwarding agent when you place your order. We will need a contact name, address and telephone number. If you are buying from several suppliers we suggest that you ask the forwarder to consolidate the delivery. Upon receipt of your order we will e-mail a confirmation to you, this will show the items ordered from each supplier and their contact details. Each supplier will deliver to the forwarder within 1 - 2 weeks from receipt of your order. Please note that all charges incurred in transporting from the forwarder to yourself are your responsibility. Due to the wide range of product on the site we are not able to advise you of the cost of exporting your order, however shipping a small order is unlikely to be cost effective.
